Family Support Hubs unveil Christmas programme

AEM's Family Support Hubs team have revealed their programme for the festive season with some of their usual December meetings replaced with activities from celebrations to a trip to a pantomime.
Like the regular support hubs, all the forthcoming activities are open to parents and carers along with children 11 years and under as well as siblings. The hubs provide the opportunity to gain support as well as meet and chat with others. An autism diagnosis isn't necessary.
"All are welcome to come along," said Lesley Lock, Family Support Hubs Co-ordinator. "But we do ask that people pre-book for all events. Whilst all are welcome to attend events from outside their immediate hub area, some hubs may be over subscribed for some dates."
Events and activities are free to attend but booking is essential. Events coming up include:
- Kirkby in Ashfield Support Hub will be hosting their Christmas Party at Kirkby Leisure Centre on 24th November between 5pm and 6.30pm. To book, please email claire.lee@aem.org.uk.
- The Newark, Gainsborough, Retford and Rotherham Hubs will be joining together for a Christmas Party at Captain Jack’s soft play centre in Retford on 10th December between 3pm and 5pm. To book, please email dawn.vamplew@aem.org.uk
- Leicester, Loughborough and East Leake Family Support Hubs will be joining together to meet at Jump Giants Trampoline Park in Burton on the Wolds on 13th December at 4.30pm for a 5pm to 6pm bounce session. To book, please email lesley.lock@aem.org.uk.
- The Northampton Family Support Hub will be meeting at the Gravity Trampoline Park in Sol Central on 4th December at 4.30pm for a 5pm to 6pm bounce session. To book, email lesley.lock@aem.org.uk.
