Social Autism Space
Become a memberIt is not always easy to find support as an autistic adult.
In our experience, autistic people do not always get the opportunity to access activities outside of their daily routine. Often there are limited services available to enable positive social experiences.
Our Social Space for autistic adults provides safe spaces to socialise with like-minded people and offers the chance to develop wellbeing strategies.
The group is open to autistic adults, whether they are diagnosed, self-diagnosed or waiting for diagnosis. Membership of the group is free.
Want to join?
As a member, you will be able to access:
- Regular Meetings - hear from people who have gone through similar situations to yourself.
- Clubs - join social activities in your local area and online clubs.
- A Personal Development Programme - learn more about autism and how to develop wellbeing strategies.
There's also the opportunity to meet up as a group. You can choose to either join online via Zoom or you can meet in person. To join, please send an email to autismhub@aem.org.uk to let us know that you’re interested.
We will then reply with further details. Those who don’t have access to email or would like to attend in person can call 01909 506 678 and ask for Daniel Adams to make arrangements.
