AEM offers homes to let for people affected by autism

Autism East Midlands are offering homes to let for people affected by autism.

The homes, based at Ravenshead in Nottingham, are both situated on Longdale Lane and have three bedrooms. Suitable for families, couples or individuals that like a lot of space.

They come with a spacious communal car park shared with two other properties.

Both of these properties are ready for letting, with the only requirement that someone that will be living in the household is affected by autism.

Stepping into this property leads into an entrance hallway with double doors. Through the double doors, you'll find a large reception room onto a new modern kitchen with an eye-level oven and a microwave, hob and extractor fan. The storage cupboard also houses an electric boiler.

From the lounge and through further double doors, there is another reception room with bay windows that has great views of the large private garden, which leads into a room that could be converted into a fourth bedroom. It could alternatively be a great playroom or office.

On the second floor there are three double bedrooms, with an ensuite in the master bedroom, with bath and a seperate shower cubicle and a family shower room.
